You may refer yourself or phone on behalf of a friend or family member. We also take referrals direct from health and social care professionals and from various agencies.
The first point of contact will be our Co-ordinator who can be contacted by telephone on 020-8692-6252 at our office from Tuesdays to Thursdays between the hours of 10am to 6pm. At all other times messages can be left on our answer phone and we will get back to you.
